Package information
Website package information is provided for initial comparison. Prices, dates, flights, hotels, distances, room arrangements, visa eligibility, Maktab allocations and availability may change until confirmed in a written quotation or booking document.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only when Qafala-e-Hijaz accepts the required documents and payment under the written terms provided for that package. Payment schedules, cancellation terms and refund conditions are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for accurate information, valid documents, required health compliance, timely payments and following current government, airline and Saudi requirements.
Changes outside our control
Schedules and services may be affected by airlines, hotels, visa authorities, government instructions, allocations, weather, health measures or other events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material changes and available options as reasonably possible.
